The latest trend seems to be that if a car stops at the sign, then the car directly behind it doesn't need to stop. It's a real time-saver.
And imagine how well this trend can work in other sitautions; In line at the movies? No need to buy a ticket - the person in front of you already bought one!
Toll booth? Just go - the car in front of you paid. Limitless and brilliant.
